Laguna Humantay Full Day is a one day tour, ideal for those people who are nature lovers who like to walk and observe the exotic flora and fauna that we can find. Above all, we will appreciate the impressive snow-capped peaks of Humantay and Salkantay. Most importantly, an amazing journey that will take you a short time to know in all its splendor and tranquility to the Humantay Lagoon, which you will be enraptured by so much natural beauty that awaits the Humantay mountain.

• First, very early in the morning, we will pick you up from your lodging establishment and start a journey of about 3 hours to the village of Mollepata at 2900 masl/9515 feet altitude.
  Once in the town of Mollepata, we will have a delicious breakfast and recharge our batteries to continue on our transport to Soraypampa (3850 masl/12631 ft).
• We will leave from Soraypampa, the starting point of the trek, our guide will lead the walk at a leisurely pace and sequential, always aware of the group. If you wish you can rent horses offered by the local people, this involves an extra cost of about 100 nuevos soles (30 dollars approximately), money that is paid directly to the owner of the horse.
• During the ascent we will be able to observe some native birds of the area, the typical vegetation of the area, as well as great views of the Andean landscape.
• Once we have completed the ascent, we will arrive at the Humantay Lagoon, where our guide will give us the corresponding explanations and we will have enough time to take pictures or simply connect with nature in a very close way. We will be fascinated with the spectacular views of the Humantay Lagoon (4200 masl/13779 ft) and its surroundings.
• After enjoying enough of Humantay, we will proceed to return by the same road, this time downhill towards the starting point. Upon arrival we will board our transportation that will take us back to the town of Mollepata to enjoy a delicious lunch.
• Finally, after tasting lunch, in the afternoon we will return to the city of Cusco and we will leave you in the historical center of the city.
